The New Mexico Corrections Department Offender (NMCD) Information is intended to provide law enforcement agencies and the general public with information about offenders who are incarcerated or on probation and/or parole supervision. You must know an offender’s first and/or last name or NMCD Number to begin the search process. Please note, the New Mexico Corrections Department does not have jurisdiction over the County or City Detention Facilities. INMATE RELEASE STATEMENT Central Office, Constituent Services , & the Records Bureau Office WILL NOT be able to provide information, updates, or statuses on inmate releases.

The New Mexico Corrections Department makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided on the offender search. However you need to contact either the
Parole and Probation Office or Institution to verify the information, such as location or legal status, of the offender, due to offender movement.
