Labor Relations and Roster Management

The Labor Relations Manager (LRM) is the labor contract administrator for the New Mexico Corrections Department (NMCD), which works actively with the management and the union in administering the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for its unionized workforce.

The LRM promotes a cooperative relationship between NMCD Management and Labor organizations based on trust, respect, and cooperation.
