Contact an Inmate
Phone Communication
Inmates cannot receive incoming phone calls. However, they may place outgoing calls to individuals listed on their approved phone list.
If you would like to receive calls from an inmate:
- Write to the inmate and include your phone number
- The inmate may then request to add you to their approved list

Mail Correspondence
You may send personal letters to inmates at their assigned correctional facility. Please use the appropriate address listed here: Inmate Mail Addresses Legal mail may be sent directly to the facilities.
When sending mail, be sure to comply with NMCD policy CD-151200: Correspondence Regulations: View CD-151200 Policy (PDF)
